Our service is not directly responsible for accommodation services, instead Université Gustave Eiffel has an agreement with the regional housing organization (CROUS) to provide student accommodation in the residences near the university campus.  Thus, we recommend that students  interested in renting accommodation from the CROUS , submit the online application form as soon as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a “first come, first served” basis.

Moreover, our university has a housing platform that gathers private residences.

-Rent: 300 € - 406 €/month (academic year 2018/19), depending on the room and the residence

-Deposit: 233€

-Rent of 3 months paid in advance

Our International Office will send an e-mail to nominated students so they can complete the online application form.
