Students planning to study at Université Gustave Eiffel for one or two semesters need to initially contact their coordinator at their home institution. Université Gustave Eiffel only accepts nominated incoming students in accordance with the bilateral agreement signed by both institutions.
How to apply ?
Nominated students will receive by e-mail the link to the online application form they must complete and submit by the application deadline.
Please note that before submitting your online application you will have to upload the following documents on the platform :
- Passport or ID card photocopy
- Identity photo
- Cover letter
- All academic transcripts of records
- CV
- Certificate of Bachelor's/Master's degree (if you already have one)
- Proof of language proficiency:
- For Erasmus+ students from European universities (except for students applying for Master’s programs in Urban planning): Auto-evaluation on the MoveON online application form
- For other students: Language certificate level B1, B2 or C1, depending on the discipline
- For all students applying for Master’s programs in Urban planning: Language certificate level B2 in French or C1 in English is required - Letter of recommendation in French or in English:
- Erasmus+ students: Mandatory for French studies, Political science, Cinema and Audiovisual studies, and Tourism;
- Non-Erasmus+ students: Mandatory for all the disciplines - Provisional list of courses
- Erasmus+ students (from Program and Partner Countries): Learning Agreement duly completed, signed and stamped by the department and international relations coordinators of your home institution
- Non-Erasmus students: List of the courses you would like to attend at Université Gustave Eiffel (please mention the titles of the courses, as well as the study program and year for each chosen subject), signed by the teacher in charge of your mobility - European Health Insurance card or Quebec social security form SE-401-Q-106 copy (if applicable)

- Les Formations Licence (Bachelor's degrees)
- Les Formations Master (Master's degrees)
- Les Formations DUT (Diplômes universitaires de technologie, two year university technology degree)
- Les Formations Diplômes d'ingénieur (Master's degrees in Engineering)

ECTS credits
The UPEM organizes its courses according to the Qualifications Framework of the European Higher Education Area (Bachelor-Master-PhD). Université Gustave Eiffel requires 30 ECTS credits per semester for successful completion.
Recognition of student mobility, transcript of records
Incoming students at Université Gustave Eiffel will receive an academic transcript of records at the end of their stay (Erasmus+ students: in accordance with the previously completed Learning Agreement)
