Français Langue Etrangère – for Students not on exchange programs and staffhors

Each semester, the international relations office (SRI-E) organises french paying courses for UPE staff and students who are not on exchange programmes but registered at the UPE.

These courses take place with a placement test at the beginning of the semester.  The test is done to improve the homogeneity of the groups and for effecient teaching.
Only students taking the test will be allowed to participate to the courses. 

Registration to the FLE lessons in 4 steps:

1. For the first semester, fill in the online form (from 14/11/2018 to 06/12/2018) by clicking here.
The online subscription is mandatory for all candidates.
2. Proceed to the mandatory placement test after the reception of your convocation.
3. Pay the registration fee online by clicking on the link that will be sent to you by e-mail.
4. Once the payment done, you will receive another e-mail which will indicate your level group and your course schedule.
Please note that regular attendance is expected.


CAUTION: we need a minimum of 12 students to form a level group. The access to the classes is possible within the limit of the number of places available. The student will be refunded if there are not enough students to form a group or on the contrary if the maximum limit of participants is reached. Besides, priority will be given to the students of the UPEM.

Registration fee:

Students of UPE: 210€ per semester

Staff of UPE: 315€ per semester

Course schedule of the first semester:

The online form will be available between the 14th of novembre and the 06th of december 2018.

The placement test will take place during the week of 7th of january 2019. The date and the place of the test will be sent by e-mail to those who have filled in the online form.

The deadline for the payment is the 18th of november 2018. The payment is mandatory in order to attend the classes.

The 3 hour weekly classes will take place from the week of the 28th of january 2019 until the first week of may 2019, either in the evening or on Saturday morning.

An end-of-cycle review will be held during the first week of may 2019.

Concerning the registration of the first semester 2019/20, the information will be available by mid-march.
