General Instructions of the SRI

  • Each request is strictly dealt with during Commissions, gathered after each call for application (cf. deadlines).
  • Incomplete or delayed files will not be processed.
  • It is possible to request several aids but the awarding and the possibilities of help modulations will be subjected to the number of applications, the available budget and the type of mobility. In no case will the student perceive the combination of two financial instruments throughout the complete duration of their study period or internship abroad.
  • The amounts given are adjusted at the end of stay, through the presentation of certificates, including the original version of the attendance certificate delivered by the receiving institution.
  • In case of an early return and/or absence of certificates, the beneficiary will need to reimburse a part or the totality of the perceived aid.
  • Students graduating from a University Diploma (DU) are only qualified to benefit from the ERASMUS+ help.
  • The ERAMUS+ status does not guarantee the attribution of the ERASMUS+ allowance.
  • The mobility scholarship for students, who are scholarship holders from CROUS, is an allowance in addition to the one given by CROUS.
  • No help will be granted to a mobility carried out in a zone defined as “advised against, except for imperative reasons” (orange) or “strongly advised against” (red) by the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs at the time of the processing of application files in preparation for the aids attribution Commission.
